Giftyne processes cancellation requests only before the tracking number is generated. Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method after confirmation. Cancellation requests must be sent through the official support email listed on the website.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Shipment status changes after the package is handed to the courier partner. Customers who refuse delivery after dispatch may incur return shipping and handling charges. Courier return fees are deducted from the refundable amount where applicable. Processing and packaging costs are non-refundable once dispatch is completed.
Custom and Bulk Orders
Custom-made products and bulk orders exceeding 10 pieces per style cannot be cancelled after production begins. Production begins after design confirmation or quantity approval. Partial refunds are not issued for completed custom production.
