Shipping timelines depend on order size, product type, and delivery location. Giftyne dispatches orders from its workshop location in India. Dispatch confirmation includes tracking details sent via email or SMS.

Order Processing

Giftyne processes standard orders within 2-4 business days. Processing time begins after payment confirmation. Dispatch takes place on business days, excluding national and regional public holidays. Bulk orders require extended preparation time. Orders exceeding 10 pieces per product style may require 5-10 business day,s depending on production load and artisan availability. Custom or made-to-order products require separate production timelines based on design approval and quantity. Giftyne informs customers by email if processing time exceeds the standard window. Processing includes stitch completion, inspection review, and protective packing.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Giftyne delivers across major Indian cities and serviceable PIN codes through established courier partners. Estimated delivery time ranges between 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination distance from the workshop. Remote or non-metro areas may require additional transit time. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed to the courier partner. Courier tracking details remain active until delivery confirmation.

International Shipping

Giftyne ships international orders through recognised global carriers such as DHL or FedEx. International transit time typically ranges between 5-12 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination country. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in product or shipping prices. Customers remain responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied at the time of delivery. Courier partners may collect these charges directly before releasing the shipment.

Delivery Conditions

Giftyne delivers to the shipping address provided during checkout. Customers must provide accurate address details, including PIN code, phone number, and landmark reference. Courier partners may attempt re-delivery if the first attempt fails. Courier partners may deliver to a nearby address only if instructed by the customer. Delivery confirmation through courier tracking marks order completion. Shipment movement occurs on business days. Public holidays in the origin or destination region may affect delivery timelines. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delay due to weather conditions, transport disruptions, or courier operational issues may occur.

Same-Day Delivery (Selected Cities)

Giftyne offers same-day delivery within the defined city limits of city, subject to availability and order cut-off timing. Same-day service applies only to ready-to-ship products and addresses within 10 km of the workshop location. Additional delivery charges apply for same-day service. Order placement must occur before the specified cut-off time for same-day eligibility.

Delivered but Not Received

Customers must track shipment status using the provided tracking link. Customers must inform Giftyne within 72 hours if tracking shows “delivered”, but the package is not received. Courier partners may not accept complaints after 72 hours from delivery confirmation. Reporting within the defined time frame allows investigation with the courier company. Delayed reporting may limit resolution options.

Additional Shipping Charges

Customers may incur additional shipping costs if delivery fails due to incorrect address details or refusal to accept the package. Re-shipping requires payment of revised courier charges.
